PAST

Simple                         : Subject + V2                                    
Example: I slept last night

Continuous                  : Subject +was/were + V-ing             
Example: I was sleeping last night

Perfect                         : Subject + Had + V3                         
Example: I had slept in the bedroom

Perfect Continuous     : Subject + Had + been + V-ing         
Example: I had been sleeping in the bedroom

 

PRESENT                                                      

Simple                         : Subject + V1                                    
Example: I sleep everyday 

Continuous                  : Subject + am/is/are + V-ing             
Example: I am sleeping right now.

Perfect                         : Subject + have/has + V3                  
Example: I have slept in the bedroom

Perfect Continuous     : Subject + have/has + been + V-ing 
Example: I have been sleeping in the bedroom

 

FUTURE

Simple                         : Subject + will + V1                         
Example: We will speak English    

Continuous                  : Subject + will + be + V-ing             
Example: We will be living in foreign country.

Perfect                         : Subject + will + have + V3              
Example: I will have worked as a civil servant.  

Perfect Continuous     : Subject + will + have + been + V-ing
Example: I will have been teaching since I graduated

 

PAST FUTURE

Simple                         : Subject + would + V1                     
Example: We would speak English    

Continuous                  : Subject + would+ be + V-ing          
Example: We would be living in foreign country.

Perfect                         : Subject + would + have + V3          
Example: I would have worked as a P3K civil servant. 

Perfect Continuous     : Subject + would + have + been + V-ing
Example: I would have been teaching since I graduated
